support@barnkeep.comCreate an account, then create your barn and choose a plan. From there, add your horses, set up their feed programs, and invite your team. The app walks you through a short getting-started checklist the first time you create a barn.
Open the Horses tab to add a horse and fill in its profile. Each horse has a feed program you can edit from its Care tab. Schedule farrier visits, vet appointments, lessons, and more from the Schedule tab.
On iOS, go to More → Settings → Account and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and any barns where you are the only member, including all of their horses and records, and cancels any active subscription. If you are the only owner of a barn that still has other members, transfer ownership first.
Plans are billed per barn. Paid plans (Starter and Farm) start with a 14-day free trial. You can manage or cancel your plan anytime from Settings → Manage Billing. Canceling stops future charges; your barn stays active through the end of the paid period.
Make sure notifications are allowed for BarnKeep in your device settings, then check Settings → Notifications in the app, where you can enable push alerts, set quiet hours, and choose which categories you want. Quiet hours silence non-urgent alerts overnight by default.
Invite staff from the Team section under More — each member gets a role with the right permissions. To give an owner access to their own horse, or to transfer a horse to another barn, use the sharing options on the horse's detail page.
Email support@barnkeep.com and we typically respond within 1 business day. For urgent account issues, put “urgent” in the subject line.
